Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Pack Items

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original packaging and securely seal the shipping box.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once inspected.
